INAM member Wista Management is pleased to invite interested companies to participate in the 6th Campus Club JobMarket, taking place at the Science and Technology Park Berlin-Adlershof.

For the first time, the program includes two specifically prepared cohorts:

• 23 international PhDs and postdocs who have been intensively supported since January in preparing for non-academic career paths

• 15 local PhDs and postdocs who participated in a compact fast-track program focused on career orientation beyond academia

Both groups have received extensive preparation in career planning, self-reflection, and professional orientation with a strong focus on industry, innovation, and non-academic career development. CVs will be made available in advance.
