These days, a startup's success isn't only about the rate of innovation but also on the speed of which it scales. That means startups must understand  the importance of tapping into new markets and putting the right strategies and structures in place to support overseas expansion long before doing so.

Enter INAM's ExplorAsia Program.

ExplorAsia is a program for Startups & SMEs working in the Advanced Materials space to explore internationalisation opportunities.

Explore:JAPAN is a series of 4 workshops for startups in deep tech and advanced materials. The aim of these workshops is to give startups and SMEs a better understanding of the Japanese Indsutry landscape from the perspective of those working directly with or in Japanese companies.

Honda is known for their engineering prowess. Their team of scientists and engineers create technologies, often through a scientific process, and apply them to real situations, addressing more than just abstract principles. Honda's core principles include:

• Maintaining a commitment to high quality and innovative research that supports Honda’s short and long term strategy.
• Fostering an open innovation model that establishes partnerships and alliances with academia and the private sector.

In this workshop, Honda will dive deeper into their adoption of Open Innovation and collaboration.
